Senior Manager, Central Australia

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Senior Manager, Central Australia to join our wonderful team at Lutheran Care, Alice Springs in a full time capacity.

The Senior Manager, Central Australia in collaboration with the Executive Manager, will provide strategic leadership to the Lutheran Care Northern Territory Teams. This role will be integral to the development and sustainability of existing services and to the scoping and growing of new services. This will be achieved through the continued development of high performing teams, delivering quality services and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The aims and objectives of this role are to:

  • Foster innovation and growth mindset with the teams.
  • Lead change in accordance with Lutheran Care workplace Culture.
  • Work collaboratively  across Lutheran Care to support the development of staff in the Alice Springs office.
  • Create opportunities for integration of service delivery principles, tools and practice across teams.
  • Exercise managerial responsibility for LC operations in NT.
  • Develop and formalise Partnerships to grow Lutheran cares operations and enhance existing service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement and expansion, using a range of data and information.

  • LC Level 8 position
  • Full Time 38 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
  • Contract Position – End date – 30/6/2023 (contract extensions based on funding)
  • Position is based in Alice Springs.
