Volunteering at Lutheran Care can be a very rewarding experience. Volunteering is a great way to meet new friends, make a meaningful contribution to society, gain valuable skills and experience, and have fun!
Our volunteers are integral to our ability to deliver services. We have over 300 volunteers who work alongside staff and actively contribute in many ways to the work of our organisation.

Volunteer With Us
We would love to have you join our team!
Volunteers are matched to the programs that best suit their skills and aims. Volunteers can choose their time commitment. Giving only a couple of hours per week is appreciated. We provide training and ongoing support to all of our volunteers and offer reimbursement for travel and other expenses.
If you are interested in volunteering in any of our programs, or have a specific skill set you can offer, please contact us and we can discuss opportunities which may be available.
All volunteers at Lutheran Care must complete a Working With Children Check. Please talk to our friendly staff if you have any questions. We can assist you with the application process.
