We are looking for an Innovation and Project Lead to join our Toward Home Homelessness Alliance Team, with an active presence across Alliance sites. The successful applicant will be skilled and experience in working with a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver the Toward Home Alliance (THA) strategic intent and operational priorities.

The Toward Home Alliance strategy focuses on shifting homelessness services from crisis management to early intervention and prevention. We recognise that every position within the Toward Home Alliance has a vital role to play in reducing homelessness

And this is where you come in!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Innovation and Project Lead to provide excellent project management skills, and support collaborative efforts to end homelessness in South Australia, including working closely with internal and external THA stakeholders.

By role modelling a highly collaborative, solutions focused and outcomes oriented approach to service delivery, the position will support a collegial and high performing culture across the Alliance. Working closely with the Alliance Senior Manager, you will have oversight of Alliance priorities and deliverables, particularly in relation to project execution and Alliance priorities.

It is hands on, diverse and dynamic, working with staff from across Alliance sites.
