Wondering what to wear to the biggest fundraiser of 2025 for Lutheran Care, the biennial Gala Dinner? Well, a big smile is mandatory.
In today’s world anything is the go. It’s about your style and what makes you “wanna have fun”.
If you are a woman who loves to dress to the haute fashion, then it’s a tux: forget the shirt: pop on a lacy black bra, corset or camisole underneath, with sparkling neck piece and earrings, and sexy stilettos.
Not you? Well, go super feminine. A little vintage knee length dress with a divine embroidered shawl around your shoulders, sparkly earrings and bracelets work, particularly over long evening gloves and dainty evening shoes.
Still not you? The little black dress long or short, you can never go wrong with, or that brightly coloured cocktail dress with a little faux fur, always makes a statement.
The accessories this autumn and winter are the focus, particularly the jewellery. Layer it, stack it, drape it, more is best and you will certainly be noticed and shine.
What do our men wear? Time to get out your dinner suit guys, with that crisp white shirt and that gorgeous bow tie. Irresistible.
If you want to wear something different, then don’t forget to pop into an Elcies Thrift Store. Many people find the accessories they are after or super evening outfits that their name is definitely on.
