Lutheran Care has proudly been delivering community services in the Northern Territory for more than 15 years. In that time we have developed strong connections across Central Australia, including the Barkly region, Alice Springs and 28 remote communities.
From November 2025, Lutheran Care will deliver a new Territory-wide Central Intake Homelessness Support Service in partnership with Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations and established community sector providers.
In addition to our existing Alice Springs office, the Central Intake Service will see hubs located in Darwin and Katherine, with outreach services into Tennant Creek.

While our office at 2/21 Gregory Terrace, Alice Springs remains closed due to flood damage, you can still access Financial Wellbeing and Emergency Relief support:
• Call us on (08) 8953 5160 to make an appointment
• Visit our team at Foodbank (1/30 Stuart Hwy, Alice Springs) for Emergency Relief (Food Vouchers) on Mondays and Fridays, 10am–2pm.
