Lutheran Care is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam McCallum as Executive Manager Commercial Services.
Adam brings extensive executive leadership experience across health, insurance and community sectors, with a strong track record in operational leadership, service improvement and sustainable commercial performance. In his new role, Adam will oversee the portfolios for Finance, Allied Health, Op Shops, Fleet, Property, and sites, strengthening the connection between service delivery and commercial performance, as well as the finance function, supporting the continued strength and commercial sustainability of Lutheran Care’s for purpose revenue services.
Adam joins Lutheran Care following more than a decade with Health Partners, where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. During this time, he led complex portfolios spanning health-related businesses and customer-focused service areas and played a key role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth.
In addition to his executive career, Adam brings valuable governance experience and a strong commitment to mental health and community wellbeing. He currently serves as Board Chair of Skylight Mental Health and has contributed at a national level as a Board Director with the Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia.
Lutheran Care Chief Executive Officer Ian Byrne said Adam’s appointment reflects the organisation’s commitment to strong, values-led leadership and sustainability.

Adam has completed the Oxford Executive Leadership Program at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Outside of work, Adam enjoys time with his family, keeping up with his four energetic children, and making the most of South Australia, whether that’s at the footy or a day out at one of the state’s glorious wineries.
