This International Women’s Day (March 8), Lutheran Care is sharing inspirational stories from five incredible women we have working in our organisation.
This is the third year we’ve produced this series and we are excited to share five more stories, offering a snapshot into some of the many stories from across our strong female workforce.
Today you will hear from Lutheran Care’s:
- Executive Manager Services and Practice Quality Ashleigh Hosking
- Head of Public Relations Katrina Ranford
- Senior Manager Foster Care Services Michelle Casey
- Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner (Elcies) Avril Luo
- Assistant Accountant Regina Concepcion
International Women’s Day is a global movement to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women, as well as a call to action for all people to demand and action gender equality. This year’s UN theme is ‘Balance the Scales’ while the International Women’s Day organisation theme is ‘Give to Gain’.
We’ve put a series of questions around International Women’s Day to these five Lutheran Care women and appreciate the insights they have shared.
We hope you enjoy the Q and As with our team, and join us as we celebrate all women on International Women’s Day 2026.
