Lutheran Care’s Children’s Contact Service shared with visitors who we are and what we do at an Open Day on Thursday, 10 April, at our Gersch House (Nuriootpa) location.
It was a fantastic opportunity to open the doors and welcome in our partner organisations and sector colleagues. The team enjoyed showcasing the work they do, sharing their welcoming specially-designed spaces, and having meaningful conversations about the role of Children’s Contact Services (CCS) in supporting safe and positive family connections.
If any of our partners who refer families into our service would like to meet our team and see for yourself inside our lovely spaces, please do not hesitate to reach out as we’d love to meet you and provide a tour.
Lutheran Care’s Children’s Contact Service provides families from the Barossa Valley, Yorke Peninsula, Mid North and Northern Adelaide with support such as:
- Supervised Visits
- Facilitated Changeovers
- Supported/Monitored Visits
- Telephone/Internet-Based Contact Supervision
- Unsupervised On-Site Visits
- Reports for Court, and
- Information and Referrals.
